Vehicle runs and loading sheets
Group the day's invoices on a vehicle and print one sheet for the person loading it.
What it does
- Add your vehicles by registration number, and start a new run for a vehicle.
- Add issued invoices to a run, and move them off it again. Drafts, credit notes and cancelled invoices are left out.
- Print a loading sheet with a product summary of the goods to load, and the drops in delivery order with invoice value and balance due.
- Record the driver. The printed sheet has lines to sign for who loaded and who received the vehicle back. Mark the run dispatched and completed.
- If an invoice on a run is cancelled or revised, the run says not to deliver it, or to load its replacement.
How it works
- Open Vehicles and add the vehicle with its registration number.
- Click New run, choose the vehicle and add the invoices to deliver.
- Print the loading sheet and give it to the person loading.
- Mark the run dispatched when it leaves, and completed when it is done.
