GST invoicing, from draft to paid
Make a tax invoice in a few steps, send it to your customer, and track whether it is paid.
What it does
- Make a tax invoice with the right tax split, CGST and SGST for a sale inside your state and IGST for a sale to another state.
- Keep an invoice as a draft, then email it to your customer when it is ready. Print it, or download it as a PDF.
- Mark an invoice as paid with the date and the payment method, and see which invoices are pending or overdue.
- Cancel an unpaid invoice and its stock goes back to your inventory and your reports are adjusted.
- Correct a sent invoice with a credit note instead of editing it.
How it works
- Open Sale, then Invoices, and click Create Invoice.
- Pick the customer and add the items. The tax is split by place of supply.
- Save it as a draft, or mark it as sent. Marking it as sent does not email it. Use Email to send it to the customer.
- When money arrives, mark the invoice as paid and choose the payment method.
