Customers, statements and payments
Know who owes you, how much and for how long, and record the money when it comes in.
What it does
- A customer list with total invoiced, total collected, outstanding and overdue amounts, built from the invoices you create.
- A customer statement listing each invoice with its due date, what was paid to it, the balance and the days outstanding.
- Record a payment in against an invoice, or as an advance, with the payment method. Edit or delete a payment if it was wrong.
- Import payments from a file, and undo the import if it was wrong.
How it works
- Open Customers to see who owes you and open a customer for the statement.
- Open Payment In and click Record Payment. Pick the customer, then an invoice or an advance.
- Choose the payment method and save. The invoice shows as paid or part paid.
- Open the customer statement to check the balance.
