E-way bill JSON for the portal

What it does

• Export the invoices you pick as the e-way bill JSON file. Invoices that already have an IRN get a separate by IRN file.
• Every problem is listed by invoice and field before you download. A bill to a customer without a GSTIN can be included.
• A large batch is split into numbered files and downloaded as one zip.
• Bring the portal result file back, preview it, then record it, or type the 12 digit number on the invoice. The invoice then prints with the e-way bill number.
• Counts on the page show how many documents are waiting, active, expired, cancelled or without validity, and a click shows only those.

How it works

1. Enter the transporter, the vehicle and the distance on the invoice.
2. Open Sale, then E-way bills, and click Export e-way bills. For an invoice with an IRN, click E-way bills by IRN.
3. Set From and To, click Load, tick the documents, fix anything listed, then download the file.
4. Upload the file on the e-way bill portal. If you got a zip, upload each file inside it, not the zip.
5. Back on the E-way bills page, click Import e-way bill result, choose the portal file, click Preview, then Record.
