Inventory that follows your sales
See what you have, what is running low and what is about to expire, without a separate stock register.
What it does
- Add an inventory entry for each lot you receive, and see total stock for each item with its entries underneath.
- See low stock items in red, and filter the list to low stock only.
- Set an expiry date on an entry. Expired and expiring soon entries are marked, and you can filter to expiring items only.
- Filter by category, price range and stock age to find slow moving stock.
- Upload the purchase receipt against an entry and open it later. Deleting an entry asks for your password.
How it works
- Open Inventory and click Add Inventory Entry.
- Enter the item, quantity, price and expiry date if it has one, and attach the receipt.
- Watch the low stock and expiring counts at the top of the list.
- Sell the item on an invoice. Cancelling that invoice, if it is unpaid, puts the stock back.
