Purchases, vendors and expenses
Know what you owe each vendor and what your business spends, from the bills you already receive.
What it does
- Enter a purchase bill with its line items and due date, and add the items to your inventory.
- See paid, pending and overdue amounts on your purchase bills, and filter by vendor.
- Record a payment out against a bill, or as an advance to a vendor. If a bill is already covered by an advance, you are told.
- Open a vendor statement with total billed, paid to bills, outstanding, and days outstanding for each bill.
- Record expenses with a category and attach a receipt. Filter them by category and time period.
How it works
- Open Purchase Bills and click New Bill. Pick the vendor, add the lines and the due date.
- When you pay, open Payment Out, choose the vendor and pick the bill, or record an advance.
- Open the vendor to see the statement and what is still outstanding.
- For other costs, open Expenses and click Add Expense with a category and a receipt.
