Financial reports from your own records
Your reports come from the invoices, bills, expenses and stock you already entered, so there is nothing to key in twice.
What it does
- A financial overview, a profit and loss and a balance sheet for the period you pick, each with its own export button.
- Aging for receivables and payables, grouped into not yet due and overdue bands, with the longest overdue in the last band.
- A bill wise and product wise sales register, and a purchase register.
- Stock movement by item: brought forward, purchased, sold, written off, adjusted and closing, in quantity and value.
- Customer and vendor breakdowns to see who you earn from and who you spend with.
How it works
- Open Finance, then Reports, and choose the report.
- Pick the time period.
- Read the figures on screen, then use the export button for that report.
